When I think of soft, I think of cotton, skin, silk, light shining through clouds. I also think of the phrase “soft as a baby’s bottom,” which is actually quite soft.
But for this challenge I thought to photograph my nephew. His face, not his bum – equally as soft.
Here’s my nephew Gauge. His face his soft, like the rest of his baby body. Also has soft eyes and soft hair. I wanted to take a photo of him napping, but I don’t know why – he keeps fighting his sleep a lot. I wanted to capture his softness and innocence. I want him soft like this forever.
